Robert Gramillano, an MBA graduate from DePaul University, has made a successful transition from a managerial/ consulting background in Information Technology. He is a Certified Empowerment Coach, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach of iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. He also trained with CTI (Coaching Training Institute) and the Institute of HeartMath.

We are "Human Beings", not "Human Doings". Robert assists his clients in developing a practical plan aimed at changing the present "way of doing things" by exploring new avenues toward transformation. Robert applies creative and innovative approaches to coach and inspire people to live rich and fulfilling lives by exploring new avenues toward transformation.He seeks to make a difference in clients and student’s lives by sharing experiences from a diverse, international career in academic and business settings.
Always learning, Robert is currently working on his dissertation for a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University (Formerly known as The Illinois School of Professional Psychology) in Chicago and also conducting experiential research in the field of Shamanism to offer a spiritual component in his work.
