Robert Gramillano, an MBA graduate from DePaul University, has made a successful transition from a managerial/consulting background in Information Technology. He is a Certified Empowerment Coach and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach of iPEC (Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching.) He also trained with CTI (Coaching Training Institute), the Wright Institute for Lifelong Learning and the Institute of HeartMath. Teaches college courses in Management, Career Development and Information Technology at several academic institutions downtown Chicago.

We are "Human Beings", not "Human Doings". Robert assists his clients in developing a practical plan aimed at changing the present "way of doing things" by exploring new avenues toward transformation. Showing clients how to derive strength from empathy and how to make a difference in people's lives. Bringing first hand experience in successfully dealing with, (at times stressful), transitions, conflicts and changes.
Robert works to motivate and inspire his clients in discovering and manifesting the powerful and centered "Human Being" living within; a "Being" who embraces change, lives passionately and realizes full human potential.
