I am a well-rounded professional seeking to make a difference in people’s lives by sharing experiences from a diverse, international career in academic and business settings and utilizing a creative and innovative approach to coaching, teaching, managing people, projects and resources.
I see my clients not as they are, but as the successful leaders they will become. I believe in them when they do not believe in themselves and even if no one else does. I am honest and engaging, courageous and compassionate.

Experience includes coaching at four organizations and teaching at five different academic institutions downtown Chicago.
